The Sant Vicenç Esportiu Handball Club has 20 teams of different categories and sexes. She has a senior team competing in the Women’s Silver Honor Division, and the men’s senior, and the women’s B senior in the highest Catalan category. Her base, on the women's side, is of special importance given her participation in state championships each season. The Club has 325 athletes.
